Buster isn't just any ordinary dog. Rescued from the streets of Marion County, Buster's story is one of resilience and charm. He needed extensive medical care to remove a goose egg-sized lump from his butt, which turned out to be a perineal hernia. After successful surgery and the unwavering support of his foster family, Buster is now ready to shine in the spotlight!

Buster's tale isn't a rags-to-riches story, but it's certainly heartwarming. This stray dog from Marion County underwent a significant medical ordeal, including surgery to remove a large lump and repair a hernia. His foster family provided him with the care and love he needed during this challenging time. Today, Buster is healthy, happy, and ready for his next adventure.
Buster's picture caught the eye of Stephen, a producer for the play Oliver, set to be performed by the Willamette Valley Theatre Community and the Salem Orchestra in collaboration with Chemeketa Students. In the play, the "baddie" Bill Sikes is always accompanied by his bulldog, Bullseye. Buster has landed the role of Bullseye and is excited to star in this extraordinary production!
