Meet Scottie

Once a stray left unclaimed at Marion County Dog Services, Scottie has undergone an incredible transformation. His story is one of resilience, joy, and love, and now he's ready to find his forever home.

Many thanks to Marion County Dog Services for getting Scottie to the right place when his Stray hold was up.

Scottie's Transformation

When Scottie was found, his coat was matted down to his skin. Thanks to the skilled groomers at Tender Touch Grooming, Scottie now looks like a whole new dog. His beautiful gray body, black face, and black boots are now visible, showcasing his stunning markings.

Scottie would thrive in a home where someone is around most of the time. He loves being an active member of the family, participating in hikes, camping trips, and visits to the dog park. He would do well in a home with older children and gets along with dogs his size. While he likes cats, his energy level is a bit too high for them.

Regular grooming is essential for Scottie. He needs grooming every 6 to 8 weeks and regular brushing in between to keep his coat in top condition.
